AROMATIC OILS
POWEROIL FLEXOIL A SUPER is an aromatic type Rubber Processing / Extender Oil conforming to ASTM - 101 Type, formulated from specialy selected aromatic extracts. These are widely used in the manufacture of automotive tyres and tubes, bi-cycle tyres, tyre retreading materials, belting, hoses, battery casings and containers, extruded products and technical moulded goods. These oils offer good compatibility and are suitable for use with Natural Rubber, SBR, PBR, CR etc. They also find application in the manufacture of rubber articles with reclaim rubber because of their high solvency.
NAPHTHENIC OILS
POWEROIL FLEXOIL N Series grades are naphthenic type Rubber Processing / Extender Oils conforming to ASTM - 103 Type, formulated from carefully selected hydrotreated naphthenic base stocks. These are non staining in nature and posses excellent thermal, oxidation and colour stability. Some of the highly hydro treated grades in this series are also preferred for their low Poly Cyclic Aromatic ( PCA ) levels which make them non carcinogenic in nature. They are recommended in the manufacture of automotive tubes, light coloured non - black foot wear products, and also moulded and extruded goods. They are compatible for processing with NR, SBR, PBR, Butyl and EPM / EPDM rubbers. Special tailor made blends are also available for TPR - Thermoplastic elastomers and any specific application.
PARAFFINIC OILS
POWEROIL FLEXOIL P, P 25 & P 25L are paraffinic type Rubber Processing / Extender Oils formulated from highly refined solvent extracted base stocks of low sulphur content conforming to ASTM - 104 Type. These oils are used in the manufacture of butyl tubes and a variety of technical moulded and extruded products based on polar rubbers like EPM & EPDM etc. They are suitable in the manufacture of light coloured products and have good thermal stability. POWEROIL FLEXOIL P 25 & P 25 L because of its high paraffinic content and viscosity are preferred for achieving high retention of properties after ageing and higher loading of oil. Its application includes heat resistant hoses, conveyor belts and steam hoses.
